Cancellation and Substitution Policy Cancellation and Substitution Policy
The LSI Cancellation and Substitution Policy is:
a. Participant substitutions for paid training can be made at any time, even on site.
b. Cancellation requests made 60 days in advance of the first registered training date will receive a full refund.
c. Cancellation requests made 31-59 days in advance of the first registered training date will incur a 10% processing fee.
d. Cancellation requests made 30 days or less in advance of the first registered training date will not receive a any refund.
e. Participants forfeit the entire course fee if they do not attend the registered course.
f. LSI reserves the right to cancel training courses up until 30 days before the training date for lack of attendance. If a training course is cancelled, customers may choose to receive a full refund, attend a later training date, or receive a credit against discounted training at their site (LSI will send a separate quote for training at a client site).
g. LSI is not responsible for any non-refundble travel expenses for cancelled training with 30 days or more advance warning. LSI strongly recommends waiting until within 30 days of the training date to purchase airfare or incur any non-refundable travel expenses. LSI also recommends confirming the training by calling (760) 804-1405 before incurring non-refundable travel expenses.
