The purpose of In-Process Inspections is to detect and correct defects early in a process. Best-In-Class In-Process Inspections can detect and correct 70-90% of all defects on a project before the testing phase, or early in the process. Inspections detect and correct defects early in a process (e.g., requirements, design, etc.) when defects cost less to fix. This course will provide the motivation, knowledge, and skills to perform best-in-class inspections successfully, allow you to practice each inspection process stage, and equip you with the inspection process, checklists, forms, and measurements you need to perform inspections at your organization. |
