Best-In-Class Requirements Training

Training Objectives The objectives of this training course are to:

Discuss top requirements problems from industry, and describe a useful classification of requirements problems from the literature.
Describe some practical tips and best practices that organizations can use to measurably improve their requirements.
Provide an operation definition of a good requirement, and provide time for training attendees to write “good requirements”.
Describe how an organization can measure their requirements and mature their requirements process.
There is also time set aside within each exercise to answer any of your questions.
